We were asked to provide a better solution for this new-build property, as the existing sandstone paving was already wearing badly.
With modern grey glazing and uPVC fittings to the property, and inspired by our recent successes with paint, we showed the client our Pencaedu project and suggested replacing his pavers with a new painted softwood deck that came up to the door sills for level-access outdoor living. Sold!, especially as it matched his new furniture.
Built just before lock down in 2020, this simple space retained the same footprint whilst a small evening sun deck was created to capture the last of the evening sun.
