Turtle Productions have been engaged to line up to five new attenuation lagoons for multiple housing estates at Gillingham, Dorset through the main groundworks contractor. Unique in that these lagoons could be affected by flood planes, they’ve been designed using our flexible, stretchy EPDM geomembrane and will have up to 1.9m worth or surcharged material added back, to ensure the lagoons stay in place when the inevitable climate change flood events occur.
Pond 3 has now been completed and is shown below. Pond 2 has also been completed with the other three due by the end of September.
This project is developing and will be updated during Summer ’26.
