EPDM pond relines
No matter how big or small your pond is, if it leaks, it needs sorting – possibly urgently. With nearly 25 years experience in the industry, you can rely on Turtle Productions to sympathetically reline your pond, using only the best EPDM geomembrane materials, giving it a new lease of life, for life.
Prompt & efficient service
If you notice that your pond water level has either started to drop, or drastically dropped, don’t despair – ring us! We can give initial over the phone guidance on how to keep your fish safe, whilst initiating a call out response to your problem.
Subsequent investigation work will determine whether you have damage that can be repaired, or whether your pond needs relining. Where your fish are in danger, we can quickly respond with a loan tank as necessary.
We can store up to 100,000 litres of your pond water, your fish and aquatic plant stock in our temporary storage tanks for the duration of the project.
Any liner replacements are always EPDM, which are guaranteed for life, and repairable should any unfortunate damage occur in the future.
Materials
We only use the best liner for your pond. SealEco & Elevate (Firestone) EPDM rubber liners are expected to last well in excess of 50 years and we provide lifetime warranties on behalf of the manufacturers.
As qualified installers, we can also carry out any repairs to your rubber liner should you damage it, and warrant that repair. EPDM: repair, not replace. With EPDM membrane’s working life of up to 60 years, they are:
- Fully UV stable
- Repairable should you damage it and
- will outlast the best HDPE liner by doubling its life. A great investment where ownership of the project, for example farms, pass down through the generations.

Bespoke box-welded liners
We are also able to offer you bespoke box-welded liners to fit your pond on site. This can be from the smallest of domestic ponds to large multi-tier affairs that are constructed to fit the contours of your pond.
A careful site survey of your pond is carried out before we quote and, assuming you engage us, we then have this liner built in the factory, so that when it’s installed, it fits like a glove.
We use either SealEco or Elevate EPDM membranes and their jointing materials to create a unique, watertight liner that will last a lifetime. Each project is unique; every shape different. As the membrane is EPDM, it can be adjusted to fit on-site if and as the needs must.
To this end, EPDM lining is the product of choice for bespoke on-site liner welding, and we’re experts at it!
EPDM liner repair
Damage identified
Using Elevate (Firestone) EPDM repair systems, processes and materials, we can repair any EPDM liner, maintaining both its warranty and service life. This is done on-site as a bought-in service with the minimum of disruption to you or the project the liner is serving.
