Large Ponds
We’re often asked “what’s the difference between a large pond and a lake?” Not sure there’s a scientific answer – so generally speaking, if we’re sticking a few pieces of liner together, it could be classified as a Large Pond whereas if we’re sticking multiple sheets of large liner together, it could be a lake? Irrespective of the collective view-point, we have nearly a quarter of a century of experience doing this and hope we can inspire you here.
Experience. Quality. Value.
Another classification could be willingness to get involved? Often, many of our clients have machinery and/or dug their large pond, but aren’t sure where to go from here. This is where Turtle Productions uniquely compliments you – we don’t need to barge in all over your work, nor force change or our viewpoint on you. We’ll work alongside you, consult, make suggestions and assist you in getting to where your comfortable – whether that’s simply joining two sheets of liner to taking over the reigns for a full bespoke service, and anywhere in-between.
We are proud of our relationship with Gordon Low Products, to not only supply and install their EPDM membranes, but also offer you the back-up of these great brands. We’re also very proud to work with Anglo Plants, OASE, Otterbine and KASCO to take your project from a lined feature to fully finished with aquatic planting, fountains, decks, jetty and other such completing features.
We strongly believe in Quality over Price. We’ll never entertain the use of cheap lining materials as this has often proved to be a false economy. Our EPDM liners, under testing, last nearly 60 years; twice that of our competitors’ cheaper solutions.
Extensive experience throughout the UK
With employees, we have the power and size to react to your need. We can help with urgent failures including fish containment, through to full package projects where size really requires a large dependable team to complete the project within a specified time frame. We are huge fans of both recycling and zero waste work – so the right amount of material is ordered and we’re proud of our record of zero waste on site.
We are also able to take your project beyond the process of lining through to completion with the addition of aquatic plants, aeration or decorative fountains, filtration, smartphone control, associated decks and jetties and a bespoke maintenance programme to ensure your investment is maintained for your future pleasure.
Project Aftercare
Once we have completed your project, we don’t stop there! We are always available by phone for whatever advice you might need as the new project beds in. Mark, our Managing Director, is regularly travelling the UK for work, so don’t be surprised for a call when passing – we love returning to see how the project is maturing, discuss any issues you may have, give some pointers and generally ensure the well-being of the project into its future.
