I had a torn pond liner that I had tried and failed to repair myself. These guys came to assess the job within a couple of days of my enquiry. They offered a couple of quotes as I had different ideas of what I might like done. We agreed on the simpler, cheaper solution and the job was done by a helpful friendly man a week or so after that initial assessment. The pond is looking gorgeous, as good as new and they explained how to clean my filter/pump system myself. Helpful, prompt and kept to the original quote.

I inherited a pond when I bought the house I am currently living in back in 2016. Turtle Productions have renovated that pond and carried out an annual service each year and also dealt with any ‘issues’ in that time. This year, on Thursday 25th July it had its annual clean up / maintenance work done. What a difference – a brilliant ‘make over’ in terms of the new arrangement of all the mature plants as well as now looking much cleaner and larger which I know is not the case but the new plant arrangements just make the pond seem a little bigger. Lee of Turtle Productions viewed it and provided a fully-specified and very reasonable quotation the following day. Turtle Productions installed my wildlife pond about 4 years ago but it was now needing a clean so I contacted them for advice. A discussion with Lee resulted in a home visit within a couple of days to check the requirements and then a quote was promptly received which was very reasonable. Work was duly booked in for a date the following a week and was completed. Both Mike & Scott worked hard, were friendly, knowledgeable and also made some recommendations for improvements I could do. Our pond (11x8m) was originally created by Turtle many years ago and needed a complete overhaul. Full drain, clean and reduction of massive irises and other plants plus a replacement filter. Lee assessed the job and gave clear advice with recommendations. Mike, Sam and Ben arrived punctually and two days later I had a new pond with the plants repotted and positioned so that can grow back over the coming years. The team was hard working, pleasant and quiet (no radio blearing out). They completed the job without any major hitch and took away three ton bags of plants leaving little mass behind. The sludge is now on the compost heap ready for next year.
I have no hesitation in recommending Turtle and the team who came here. All it needed was coffee with milk and two sugars to keep them happy.

Mike returned to my wildlife pond to tidy excessive roots and check health levels. Eight months earlier he and others from Turtle had done a ‘proper’ job on rehabilitation of an overgrown pond and quite a bit of choking green weed and invasive plant roots. Turtle productions helped transform our garden with a beautiful wildlife pond with waterfall and filtration. The team were such a delight to work with and were very professional, friendly and helpful. They kept us informed all the way through the project. They ensured the garden was cleared and it was left tidy. We had to have a mini digger and as a result of our narrow entrance to the garden they did have to move the gate frame and part of a rockery. This was put back exactly as it was before the work commenced.
We did have an issue with the waterfall leaking after they left. Once the team were contacted they acted immediately. They came back and was able to establish the reason, then made the required adjustments. We have not had any issues since. There will always be teething problems in a project this, but the fact the team came immediately shows how committed they are to their customers.
We definitely can recommend Turtle Productions and we would like to say a big thank you to Andy, Mark and Tim for an excellent job.

After removing the many fish and plants into holding tanks, over 3 days, they cleared out the pond, removed the coping around the edge and then installed the new underlay and liner, relaid the edging, and thinned out and repotted the plants. We had a small, preformed pond at the bottom of our suburban garden that needed enlarging to allow for more fish. The lumpy, sloping surrounding wasteland (about 7m x 6m) also needed to be cleared of weeds and levelled. We called in Lee from Turtle Productions to survey the site and also sent him a rough plan about the kind of thing we wanted. Turtle Productions sent in a five-strong team in to complete the job in three and half days. Fantastic, friendly team who checked all the details with us and worked extremely hard. The bottom of the garden has been transformed into a fantastic usable space that catches the sun all day and the pond looks brilliant.

We have had a pond since moving house about 8 years ago. The pond has become overcrowded with plants and silt and a couple of years ago it started to lose water. So as you can imagine it did not look great. I had talked to a builder about replacing the liner as I felt I could not do it myself. I saw a review of Turtle Productions and got a quote from them.
From the very start of the process it was obvious they were a very professional outfit. They took all fish, frogs and newts out and stored them in a holding tank. They emptied the pond and all the silt (which they distributed round the garden to act as a fertiliser).They removed the old perished liner and cut down the water plants to a sensible size. They have replaced the stone edging and refilled the pond. It now looks terrific and all the fish (etc) are very happy.
I was expecting 3 people to do it, but 4 turned up (Ben V, Gem, Adam and George). They were all very helpful and were a real pleasure to have around. They worked very hard and I realise it would have taken me a very long time if I had tried to do it myself. On top of that they have all the necessary pumps, tanks and other equipment.
A really first class job and it just looks wonderful now!

I have had a wildlife pond for forty years, which was well maintained by the guy who built it. However on his retirement I tried recommended individuals who came with high praise but who turned out to be worse than useful. This led to a very choked pond.
I found Turtle on the web, what an excellent find! A visit followed by an accepted quote and a gang of friendly knowledgeable hard working people. What not to like?
