We visited to find this clients’ existing balcony deck rotting and in urgent need of replacement. The client wanted a hardwood board and the more subtle softer colours of this Cotswold stone property leant themselves perfectly to a Massaranduba deck board.
The old deck was very carefully removed before the new softwood structure was constructed into the existing space footprint; negating the need for a planning permission change.
We were extremely well looked after by the clients on this job, and we hope the pictures show how much we enjoyed this project too! Small, but perfectly formed, we hope this new deck gives many years of enjoyment.
