The modular grid system from Safapond is fitted via paracord and sturdy legs, ideally to a newly cleaned pond, and is designed to take the weight of a 20kg child falling ‘on to’ the pond, not into it. It’s sharp, which invokes crying, which raises the alarm.
When we install each system, we weight test it to … over 5 times its designed load, and where possible get you standing on it too, to give you confidence and peace of mind.
